The Lancia was and always is my first thought.

25 years is 1991 — not quite old enough for an E36 M3; the EU M3s of that era were much faster.
However, E28 M5, various Citroens (CX comes to mind) and some Alfas will fit the bill. Oh, yeah, Lancia Delta HF Integrale. Mercedes 190 2.5-16 EVO, too.

Whoops misread. Will have to save this joke for another day.

I know someone in Canada who owns a red Delta.
I’ve yet to ask him if he’s bankrupt because of it.

The everest looks like the love child of an explorer+forester+land cruiser.
I really wish they sold utes in the US.

The best kind of ugly.
And for those who are into that kind of thing - it’s brown and available as a diesel with manual I believe.
![]() 09/01/2016 at 14:45 |

Oh yeah that gen Everest is basically a tough 4x4 3 row goof ball that didn’t know what it wanted to look like.

I bet you could import the motor and plop it into something if you’re not being specific.

The fact that pristine low mileage R34's are now selling for north of a $150K. By the time the 25 year wait is up there will be none left that anyone can afford. You’d be a damn fool to by one for these prices no matter how great the car is.
I love R34's probably more than anyone and they are already legal here but you are looking at pretty much $50K minimum for something with 60,000-80,000km’s
You would be way better off to just get an R35 and have an expansive dealer network where you can get it serviced and repaired.
But I’ll tell you what the guy that owned the booger green R34 above sure as hell got his fucking money's worth with that car.

I’m waiting for 2020, when I’m going to pounce on one of these. Then, maybe an LS1 swap.

Some of these are mid 90s but it’s close enough
Tatra 613
peugeot 406 coupe
Fiat coupe
MG F
I have horrible taste in cars

Ahh the Everest. Something I didn't know was a thing until I saw MPs driving one on base in Afghanistan and something I forgot was a thing until now.
![]() 09/01/2016 at 15:38 |

It looks a lot like the USDM Explorer, but the Everest is probably more capable. Other than that its not too bad, looks like any generic SUV.

Lancias

I’d get a Toyota diesel before anything else like that.

I love them.
If it helps - they look like this now:
![]() 09/01/2016 at 15:55 |

That doesn’t work for the Ford Fanboi.
And if it helps they look like this now:

I also forget about the Lancias as they can be found easily where I am. There are two within a couple of miles from me. Being a Brit, we have access a plenty to stuff not available to north American OPPOs. So I don’t see them as Canadian or American available cars but as, well, cars.

Barchetta! :D First started production in 1995, so 1995-1996 models would be legal to import to the US now!
Suzuki Alto Works? :D

The Fiat V6 24V coupe came out in 1991?
Also I like that people are showing cars that are left hand drive. Im not against right hand drive but I don’t live in an area where others are easily accepting of something different when it comes to cars.
